Based in New Delhi India, and led by emerging young scholars of International Relations, the BRICS INSTITUTE India is a young think tank forum which encourages young minds to read and write about BRICS role in the emerging new world order. We promote academic and policy research on BRICS and serve as an interface for the policy, academic, diplomatic and business communities. The Institute is guided by senior retired diplomats, senior policy makers and professors across BRICS nations.

This not a government sponsored think tank so we stay clear of any propaganda or jingoistic articles and views. We promote out-of-the box thinking and do encourage fresh and fair thinking about the current global affairs, especially from the perspective of BRICS Plus countries rise to the global stage. Through our writings, blogs, and discussion, we endeavor to provide non-partisan, independent analyses and inputs on matters of security, strategy, economy, development, energy, resources and global governance to diverse decision-makers and avid global watchers.

We invite university students from BRICS Plus and also other countries contributing regular commentaries and opinions. We also offer 6 months paid internships for M.A. and PhD students in international affairs where they get training in analyzing global affairs and publish a project report at the end of their internship. We look forward to your articles, comments and short opinions on issues related with Asia and BRICS countries. We can also partner with industry associations and policy making circles for the sake of promoting cultural understanding and enhancing mutual cooperation.
